George F. Donohue is renowned as one of the foremost experts in negotiating.
Author George F. Donohue is the President of GMAC Real Estate International Properties Group (IPG) in New York City, formerly known as William B. May Commercial Real Estate, a division of William B. May, one of the leading real estate companies in the United States and the oldest real estate company in the United States (est. 1866).
He was the former head of real estate for the World Trade Center in New York. Mr. Donohue is a corporate executive, professional speaker, consultant, professor, television and radio spokesperson and author.
Donohue has managed one of the largest real estate portfolios in the world, which included the World Trade Center in New York City. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at New York University and is now a Doctoral candidate in international Business.
Over his lifetime he has taught and trained thousands of people the business of real estate including the art of negotiation.
Donohue is a well-known speaker on the international circuit, particularly in China, Japan, and throughout Europe, and is sought as an expert by the media for his knowledge of real estate, architecture, and business. He consults with corporations, governments and individuals throughout the world. He has traveled to over 40 countries.
Mr. Donohue has negotiated against numerous top executives and individuals from entities such as Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, the Japanese government, Dean Witter, The Commodities Exchange, The Society of Security Analysts, The Gap, the Russian government, J. P.
